RESOLUTION 6498 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ADOPTING THE CITY VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT, GOALS PROGRAM, VALUES <br />STATEMENT AND RULES OF CONDUCT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in March of 2005, the City Council and Department Heads held a <br />“Leadership – Planning – Team Building” retreat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and Department Heads discussed the past, present, and <br />future and responded with a plan to address the challenges facing the City of Mounds View; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and Department Heads developed a shared vision for <br />success by agreeing on a formal revised vision, mission statement, values statement, and <br />rules of conduct. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />adopt the City of Mounds View Vision Statement (Exhibit A), Mission Statement (Exhibit B), <br />Goals Program (Exhibit C), Values Statement (Exhibit D), and Rules of Conduct (Exhibit E). <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of April, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
