PUBLIC INPUT 27 <br /> 28 <br />Tom Winkey, 2700 block of Sherwood Road. He asked whether he will be assessed the same 29 <br />amount of money for the street improvement project in three or four years when his street is done 30 <br />as the citizens whose streets were redone this past year. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Public Works Director Lee stated that they can’t guarantee the same project value in the future as 33 <br />the 2004 project, but it would be based on the same methodology, which is that 25 percent of the 34 <br />total project cost would be divided equally among the total single family properties. 35 <br /> 36 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUISNESS 37 <br /> 38 <br />A. YMCA Quarterly Report (oral report with handouts) 39 <br /> 40 <br />Pat Riemersma from the YMCA stated that the total revenue for Parks and Recreation was 41 <br />$101,830, total expenses were $70,463, management fee was $8,807, and so the City received a 42 <br />check for $22,560. She explained the Income Statement for Management of the Facility for 43 <br />2004 and the other handouts she provided to the Council. She explained the need for the new 44 <br />cash register they are going to buy. 45
