ROLL CALL: Marty, Stigney, Gunn, Flaherty, and Thomas 18 <br /> 19 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 20 <br /> 21 <br /> A. Monday, March 28, 2005 City Council Agenda. 22 <br /> 23 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday March 28, 2005 agenda as 24 <br />presented. 25 <br /> 26 <br /> Ayes –5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 27 <br /> 28 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 29 <br /> 30 <br />Tom Wittakee, 2700 Sherwood Road, asked when the road between Groveland, Red Oak, and 31 <br />Sherwood was going to be done. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Public Works Director Lee stated that it is not in the current five-year plan. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mr. Wittakee stated that his road is in very bad condition and needs to be fixed soon. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Carol Mueller, 8343 Groveland Road, stated that there are severe speeding issues on Groveland 38 <br />Road. She stated that the police are good about patrolling Highway 10, but she asked for more 39 <br />patrolling on the community streets to protect the children. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Public Works Director Lee stated that one of the opportunities that the City would have in the 42 <br />future when they redo Groveland Road is to narrow it and have a sidewalk. 43 <br /> 44
