<br />RESOLUTION NO 6514 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING DISTRIBUTION OF SERVICE <br />APPRECIATION CERTIFICATES TO EMPLOYEES HAVING REACHED <br />FIVE-YEAR EMPLOYMENT MILESTONES <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 5617 was adopted by the City Council on October 8, 2001; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the clauses in Resolution 5617 indicates that the City will provide to <br />employees certificates in the amount of $5 per year of service at five-year increments; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following individuals have achieved an employment milestone with the <br />City of Mounds View since the adoption of Resolution 5617; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, together the five identified employees have a cumulative 115 years of <br />experience with the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />Employee Name Date of Hire Department Years of <br />Service <br />Mary Tatarek 5/29/1980 Finance 25 years <br />Larry Siluk 8/9/1976 Police Dept 30 years <br />Robert Nelson 5/1/1985 Police Dept 20 years <br />David Anderson 5/15/1985 Police Dept 20 years <br />Tom Kinney 10/15/1985 Police Dept 20 years <br /> <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby appreciate and recognize the five employees listed above for their years of dedicated <br />service and, pursuant to Resolution 5617, does hereby authorize the distribution of Service <br />Appreciation Certificates to each herein identified employee in amounts equal to five times their <br />years of service. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of May, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> (SEAL)
