2071 Hillview Road CUP Report <br />May 9, 2005 <br />Page 14 <br /> 1. The request is consistent with the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan in that the Comprehensive Plan designates the future land use of this property as multifamily residential. 2. The proposed expansion would not be out of place given the character and geography of the surrounding area involved and the size of the subject property which is able to accommodate the additional dwelling units and the required garages. <br /> <br />3. The proposed expansion would not depreciate the surrounding area. <br /> <br />4. The applicant has sufficiently demonstrated that a need exists for the proposed <br />expansion. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the conditional use permit for two additional dwelling units at the <br />multifamily building located at 2071 Hillview Road, with conditions as follows: <br /> <br />1. The four garage stalls must be constructed prior to the City issuing a Certificate <br />of Occupancy for the dwelling units. <br /> <br />2. The garages shall be constructed as shown on the site plan submitted on March <br />30, 2005 <br /> <br />3. The parking stalls shall be striped. <br /> <br />4.
