<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 6531 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARY TATAREK TO BE INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR WORKING OUTSIDE OF <br />JOB CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Finance Director Charles Hansen resigned from his position; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to the policy adopted in Resolution 5626, an employee may <br />serve in an interim capacity to meet the needs of the vacant position with the approval of <br />the City Administrator and the City Council; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 5626 establishes that additional compensation may be <br />authorized for employees serving in an interim capacity taking on higher classification <br />duties. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby appoint Mary Tatarek to be Interim Finance Director and authorize additional <br />compensation at a rate of ten percent (10%) of her base rate of pay effective May 25, <br />2005. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> (seal)
