19 <br />o A total of 514.7 hours of OT ($15,493.56) was dedicated to <br />performing the single-family inspections. <br /> <br />o The Multiple Dwelling inspections have been performed. <br />Commercial property inspections will begin in May 2005. <br /> <br />• The 2004 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is being finalized and will <br />be sent to the printer and distributed via the USPS by July 1, 2005. This <br />yearly report is mandated by the Minnesota Department of Health and <br />must be distributed to all consumers of the City’s water. This report entails <br />the contents and testing levels of the water for the year. Look for your <br />copy in the mail! <br /> <br /> <br />Parks Division <br />First Quarter Report <br />2005 <br /> <br />• Cleaned out storage area of Silver view building <br />• Removed leaves from parks and parking lots <br />• Removed leaves from tennis courts <br />• Put up volleyball and tennis nets, tennis and basketball nets <br />• Picked up temporary carpet in Hillview building <br />• Cleaned rollerblade rink at Hillview <br />• Weeded and wood chipped area around City Hall marquee sign <br />• Added sand to all volleyball courts <br />• Groomed ball fields <br />• Trimmed trees <br />• Painted bathroom at Random <br />• Fixed floor at Random <br />• Various plumbing jobs at Community Center <br />• Went thru complete sound and paging system at Community Center <br />• Met with various contractors concerning carpet cleaning and maintenance <br />• Replaced pitching rubber and clay packed mound at Greenfield <br />• Replaced ballasts and bulbs at various city buildings <br />• Replaced ceiling tiles as needed <br />• Prepared equipment for summer use <br />• Cleaned and re-organized shop storage areas <br />• Removed snow from sidewalks, crosswalks and trails <br />• Aided in snow removal from entryways of all city buildings <br />• Ordered stock for spring/summer projects <br />• Assisted in shop cleanup and maintenance <br />• Painted doors and frames at MVCC <br />• Built a façade for entryway to banquet area with other PW staff <br />• Assisted in backflow and sprinkler system inspections
