He stated that they were able to pull the parking back from 4 <br />County Road 10 to allow for a swale. 5 <br />• City sent a letter to the City of Blaine and Spring Lake Park in support of the naming of 6 <br />County Road 10 as Mounds View Boulevard. He stated that the City of Coon Rapids has 7 <br />recommended Coons Rapid Boulevard and as an alternative Mounds View Boulevard. He 8 <br />suggested bringing this back before Council as they need to take action and update the 9 <br />residents. 10 <br /> 11 <br />C.
