<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6577 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OR RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL <br />REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city staff has prepared a Comprehensive Annual Financial <br />Report for the City of Mounds View for the year ended December 31, 2004, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich, & Co., <br />P.A. was appointed by the City Council to audit this report and they have issued <br />their Management Letter and Special Purpose Audit Reports regarding the Annual <br />Financial Report, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich, & Co., P.A. <br />reviewed these reports before the City Council at this meeting, and <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that the comprehensive annual financial report for the year ended <br />December 31, 2004 is hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of July, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br />ATTEST: Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
