To Approve Resolution 6561 approving an agreement 1 <br />with Mr. Charles Hansen to provide interim financial services, and to amend the hours to not 2 <br />exceed 35 hours. 3 <br /> 4 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 5 <br /> 6 <br />9. CONSENT AGENDA. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Council Member Thomas asked to pull Item I 9 <br /> 10 <br />Mayor Marty asked to pull Item J, K, and L. 11 <br /> 12 <br /> I. Resolution 6555, Approving an Easement Use and Restoration Policy. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Council Member Thomas referenced Item 9I stating that she likes the wording except she wants 15 <br />to have the option to have the homeowner remove any items. She does not want to put the 16 <br />homeowner into the place of authorized agent. She stated that she would like the allowance 17 <br />included in the policy that states that the homeowner has the option to remove items themselves 18 <br />within the 30-day limit. 19 <br /> 20 <br />MOTION/SECOND Thomas/Stigney To approve amended Resolution 6555, Approving an 21 <br />Easement Use and Restoration Policy. 22 <br /> 23 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried 24 <br /> 25 <br />J. Resolution 6556, Approval of Prohibition of Parking on Knollwood Drive. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Mayor Marty referenced Item J stating that he would like it noted that the Church of the Messiah 28 <br />Lutheran has come and asked the Council for this. He stated that they came to the streets 29 <br />meeting and heard the concerns from the residents in the area and reviewed. He stated that they 30 <br />too became concerned about the potential for accidents He stated that he would like to commend 31 <br />the leadership of the church and note that it was proactive on their part. 32 <br /> 33 <br />MOTION/SECOND Marty/Gunn To approve Resolution 6556, Approving of Prohibition of 34 <br />Parking on Knollwood Drive. 35 <br /> 36 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried 37 <br /> 38 <br />K. Resolution 6559, A Resolution Authorizing the Posting of a Vacancy in 39 <br />Community Development Department and Approving Supplemental 40 <br />Summer Staffing. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mayor Marty referenced Item 9K stating that in the staff report, first paragraph, about 43 <br />advertisements that would appear with Star Tribune, and several other newspapers noting that the 44
