The applicant is aware that a <br /> new survey will need to be provided noting these required easements. It is <br /> anticipated the revised survey, noting applicable easements, will be <br /> provided to you by the next Regular Meeting. <br /> Recommendation/ <br /> Analysis: If this application is approved, the Plannig Commission may <br /> wish to consider adding at least these two contigencies to <br /> the resolution: <br /> 1. The resolution and Certificate of Survey be recorded <br /> with Ramsey County within sixty (60) days of final <br /> adoption, and present proof of such recording to the <br /> City of Mounds View. • <br /> 2.
