A <br /> Communications Facilities Subcommittee of the Regional Growth Management Technical <br /> Committee was formed, comprised of staff members from local jurisdictions and <br /> representatives of the wireless communications industry. It recommended that information <br /> regarding health and safety issues, visual impacts, technology, and regulatory issues <br /> associated with wireless communications facilities be provided to local jurisdictions in the <br /> attached Issues Paper. <br /> At its December 15, 1995 meeting, the SANDAG Board of Directors voted to approve the <br /> Wireless Communications Facilities Issues Paper for use by the cities and County, e <br /> wireless communications industry, and other interested parties.
