The sign shall not be placed in the <br /> sight triangle at the intersection of County Road H and Pleasant View Drive (a <br /> triangular area with legs 30 feet long along each property line abutting these <br /> streets.) The sign shall face County Road H. <br /> 7. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall obtain approval from . <br /> the Community Development Director for a lighting plan showing any exterior <br />
