The applicant explained that <br /> the entrance will be high enough to contain the <br /> drainage and then recapped the proposed <br /> drainage plans for the site and the proposed <br /> lay-out of the building. <br /> Barb Cloues, 2895 County Road H, was <br /> concerned about the 3/12 slope to the Borden's <br /> property. The applicant explained that they <br /> would not be changing the grade near the <br /> Borden's property to the east. Commissioner <br /> Miller was concerned with the accumulation of <br /> • water on the north side of the building. The <br /> applicant said that there would no accumulation <br /> and demonstrated the proposed water flow for <br /> the site. <br /> Lyle Bellis, 2977 County Road H, asked if there <br /> would be an entrance on County Road H. The <br /> applicant stated that yes there would be an <br /> entrance onto County Road H and that he has <br /> contacted Ramsey County and was informed <br /> that there would be no plans to update County <br /> Road H. <br /> Steve Borden, 3009 County Road H, indicated <br /> that he believed that there are plans to update <br /> County Road H in 1999 and was concerned <br /> about that green space that would be removed <br /> from the church for this project. The applicant <br /> indicated that if Ramsey County plans to widen <br /> County Road H they would first need to buy <br /> property from the existing residents in order to <br /> . do so. He also indicated that the green space <br /> proposed for this project is not on an easement <br />
