Setbacks for Accessory Buildings, Driveways and Parking Areas <br /> • <br /> a. Driveways: Driveway surfaces shall have a minimum setback of five feet (5') from <br /> all lot lines, except driveways shall be permitted to cross a required setback area in <br /> order to establish access between the lot and a public street. Where a driveway <br /> would encroach into an easement, the property owner shall obtain approval for an <br /> encroachment permit if required by the appropriate authority prior to construction <br /> of the driveway. Drive aisles and driveways which are within the boundaries of a <br /> parking area shall conform to the setbacks required for parking areas. <br /> • <br />
