RESOLUTION NO. 6586 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE EMERGENCY <br />VEHICLE PREEMPTION (EVP) INSTALLATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 25, 2005, the City Council approved Resolution No. <br />6502 accepting the Memorandum Report from BRAA, waiving the public <br />improvement hearing, ordering the project, authorizing the preparations of plans <br />and specifications, authorizing the solicitation of quotes, and authorizing the <br />initiation of discussions with Ramsey County to update agreements for the <br />Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) Installation Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Emergency Vehicle <br />Preemption (EVP) installation project have been completed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve the plans and specifications for the Emergency <br />Vehicle Preemption (EVP) installation project. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of July 2005. <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ____________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />
