Richfield City Code (Zoning) <br /> C-2 District 526.27, Subd. 16 <br /> 526.21. General Commercial District (C-2). Subdivision 1. Subsections 526.21 to 526.37 <br /> • apply to the C-2 District. <br /> 526.25. Accessory uses. Subdivision 1. The uses listed in this subsection are allowable <br /> accessory uses in the C-2 District. <br /> Subd. 2. Parking, as authorized by a Council approved off-street parking permit. <br /> Subd. 3. Assembly, light manufacturing, or warehouse operations incidental to a <br /> permitted or conditional use, provided such use occupies not more than 50 percent of <br /> the gross floor area of the principal building or not more than 2,000 square feet, <br /> whichever is greater. <br /> Subd. 4. Apartments within commercial buildings, provided such use occupies not <br /> more than 50 percent of the gross floor area of the principal building unless provided <br /> for under Section 526.27, Subd. 24. <br /> Subd. 5. Satellite dish antennas and other antennas and towers that are incidental to <br /> the principal use on the lot, provided that they conform to Section 425 of the City <br /> Code and that they do meet the following additional requirements: <br /> a) if more than one sttel3 s.--- -. Commercial Wireless Telecommunication Services (CWTS' Aantennas and <br /> related features . . •. : _. . : - - . - . - . .-- .:. the use <br /> of which is not incidental to the principal use; provided that they conform to Section <br /> 4256 of the City Code, are located on the rooftop or near the roof-line, screened from <br /> public view to the extent possible, do not carry advertising messages, and do not <br /> extend higher than ten feet above the highest point of the roof except as provided for in <br /> Section 526.27, Subd. 267 of this code. <br /> Subd. 7. Fences, walls, and hedges as permitted in Section 511.23 of this code. <br /> • Subd. 8. Other uses customarily associated with, but incidental to the principal use, as <br /> determined by the City pursuant to Section 511.05 of this code. <br />
