Richfield City Code (Zoning) C-2 District 526.27, Subd. 16 526.21. General Commercial District (C-2). Subdivision 1. Subsections 526.21 to 526.37 • apply to the C-2 District. 526.25. Accessory uses. Subdivision 1. The uses listed in this subsection are allowable accessory uses in the C-2 District. Subd. 2. Parking, as authorized by a Council approved off-street parking permit. Subd. 3. Assembly, light manufacturing, or warehouse operations incidental to a permitted or conditional use, provided such use occupies not more than 50 percent of the gross floor area of the principal building or not more than 2,000 square feet, whichever is greater. Subd. 4. Apartments within commercial buildings, provided such use occupies not more than 50 percent of the gross floor area of the principal building unless provided for under Section 526.27, Subd. 24. Subd. 5. Satellite dish antennas and other antennas and towers that are incidental to the principal use on the lot, provided that they conform to Section 425 of the City Code and that they do meet the following additional requirements: a) if more than one sttel3 s.--- -. Subd. 6. Subd. 7. Fences, walls, and hedges as permitted in Section 511.23 of this code. • Subd. 8.
