Subdivision 1. Establishment of PUD districts. <br /> The following table-denotes the six types of PUD districts, the abbreviations for such PUD <br /> districts, and the allowable uses within each PUD district: <br /> • Planned Residential PR R&R-1 <br /> • Planned Two Family Residential PMR-1 MR-1 <br /> Planned Multi-Family Residential PMR MR-1, MR-2, & MR-3 <br /> Planned Neighborhood Commercial PC-i C-1 <br /> Planned General Commercial PC-2 C-2 & C-3 <br /> Planned Industrial PI I <br /> Subd. 2. PMR-1 density limitation. In the PMR-1 District, the density of two family <br /> dwellings shall not exceed ten dwelling units per acre. <br /> Subd. 3. Mixed land uses. Uses other than the allowable uses listed in Subd. 1 <br /> above, are permitted in a PUD district, provided that: <br /> a) the use is one which is authorized in one of the six types of PUD districts; <br /> b) such additional use shall not occupy more than 33 percent of the gross floor <br /> area within the planned unit development; and <br /> c) not withstanding the foregoing, an adult establishment as defined and <br /> regulated in Section 1196 of the City Code is not permitted in any PUD <br /> district other than a PC-2 district. <br /> Subd. 4. Accessory Uses. The following accessory uses shall be permitted subject to <br /> administrative approval from the Community Development Director: <br /> --) aceesserv-satellite-dls -antennas--and-other-antennas-and towers-hat-are <br /> incidental to the principal use on the premises. provided that they conform <br /> to Section 425 of the City Code; and <br /> b) Commercial Wireless Telecommunication Services (CWTS) antennas and <br /> related features, provided that they conform to Section 426 of the City <br /> Code. <br /> • <br /> IL <br />
