Richfield City Code (Zoning) <br /> R District <br /> SECTION 521 - ZONING: RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS • <br /> 521.05. Accessory uses. Subdivision 1. The uses listed in this subsection are allowable <br /> accessory uses in the R District. <br /> Subd. 2. Private garages which do not exceed 1,000 square feet in gross floor area, <br /> and which do not exceed an aggregate of 1,200 square feet in gross floor area when <br /> combined with all other accessory buildings and attached garages on the lot. <br /> Subd. 3. Greenhouses which do not exceed 175 square feet in gross floor area, and <br /> which do not exceed an aggregate of 1,200 square feet in gross floor area when <br /> combined with all other accessory buildings and attached garages on the lot, and <br /> further provided that no sale of products is conducted on the lot. <br /> Subd. 4. Storage buildings which do not exceed 175 square feet in gross floor area, <br /> and which do not exceed an aggregate of 1,200 square feet in gross floor area when <br /> combined with all other accessory buildings and attached garages on the lot. <br /> Subd. 5. Utility buildings and structures accessory to telecommunications towers <br /> which do not exceed 350 square feet in gross floor area and which comply with the <br /> setback requirements for a principal structure in the R district. <br /> Subd. 56. Gaiebos which do not exceed 175 square feet in gross floor area, and • <br /> which do not exceed an aggregate of 1,200 square feet in gross floor area when <br /> combined with all other accessory buildings and attached garages on the lot. <br /> Subd. 57. Carports which do not exceed an aggregate of 1,200 square feet in gross <br /> floor area when combined with all other accessory buildings and attached garages on <br /> the lot. <br /> Subd. 78. Private swimming pools as defined in Section 420 of the City Code, <br /> provided that such swimming pools and related equipment be located (i) at least ten <br /> feet from any rear lot line, (ii) at least ten feet from_any interior side-lot line, i at <br /> least 15 feet from any streetside side lot line, and (iv) at least six feet from the <br /> principal building and any non-pool related accessory structure. <br /> Subd. 89. Licensed day care facilities serving 12 or fewer persons, or group family <br /> day care facilities Iicensed under Minnesota Rules, parts 9502.0315 to 9502.0445 <br /> serving 14 or fewer persons, or as otherwise permitted by law. <br /> Subd. 910. Licensed foster family homes serving six or fewer children, or as <br /> otherwise permitted by law. <br /> Subd. 101.
