Accessory uses. Subdivision.1. The uses permitted inthis subsection are allowable <br /> accessory uses in the MR-3 District. - <br /> Subd. 2. Parking, as•authorized by a Council approved off-street parking permit. <br /> Subd. 3. Garages for any residential structure, provided they are located in a common <br /> building or space approved by the City under a uniform plan. <br /> Subd. 4. Swimming pools subject to Section 420 of the City Code, tennis courts, and <br /> - similar recreational facilities. <br /> Subd. 5. Storage buildings designed for common use by residents or members of the <br /> homeowners association or similar organization, or for use by the maintenance staff for <br /> storage or as a workshop associated with normal upkeep of the property. <br /> Subd. 6. One leasing, sales, or management office per development, provided it is <br /> used solely for leasing, sales, or management of units within the development, does not <br /> exceed 2,000 square feet of floor area, and is an integral part of the development. <br /> Subd. 7. Licensed family day care homes serving three or fewer persons, or group <br /> • family day care facilities Iicensed under Minnesota Rules, parts 9502.0315 to <br /> 9502.0445 serving six or fewer persons, or as otherwise permitted by law. <br /> Subd. 8. Licensed foster family homes serving three or fewer children, or as <br /> otherwise permitted by law. <br /> Subd. 9. Satellite dish antennas and other antennas and towers that are incidental to <br /> the principal use on the premises, provided that they conform to Section 425 of the <br /> City Code and --- . - •-• ... .-.. ..• . - <br /> c) such structures shall be screened to the greatest extent practicable to <br /> mounted antenna structures.
