Section 1102.01 is hereby amended to add a new Subd. 88. "Principal Building" as stated below, and the subsequent subdivisions in this section are to be renumbered accordingly. Subd. 88. Principal Building: The main or primary building containing the principal use of II/ a property as distinguished from an accessory building. • Section 2. Section 1104.01 Subd. 3. Is hereby amended to read as follows: Subd. 3. Setbacks for Principal Buildings: The setback distances listed in the table below • -apply to principal buildings, except as otherwise provided for conditional uses in specific zoning districts.
