Planned Unit Developments (PUDs): In commercial or industrial PUDs, CWTS <br /> towers and antennae shall not exceed one hundred feet (100') in height. The height <br /> of a tower may be increased up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty feet <br /> (120') to allow for the co-location of another provider's antenna, subject to the <br /> applicant providing to the City proof of a signed leasing arrangement, shared use <br /> agreement, or other like document. The applicant shall file a request to amend the <br /> existing PUD final plan and/or adopted conditional use permit in accordance with <br /> h <br /> C a t r1120 n <br /> p e a d Section 1125.01 of this Code. �tttre�`�=wren <'s} �I <br /> not=l al o d:irz 3 iauti r stdezi u ea< <br /> b. Conditional use permits are not required for towers and/or antennae used by the <br /> City for City purposes or public agencies for public safety purposes; or for repair <br /> or replacement or adjustment of the elements of a CWTS antenna array affixed to <br /> a tower, if the replacement does not reduce acceptable safety standards. <br /> 1126.04: CO-LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: • <br /> Subd. 1.
