The shopping center is surrounded by roadways and the area wher� the use is to <br />be locaied is 1,000 feet from the nearest residential groperty. The short duration of the <br />use will result in little, i#' any, effect upon the surroundit�g area. The sale of flowers and <br />plants is a typical seasonal husiness in a community such as Iv�ounds View and it serves a <br />community need. This criterion is met. <br />NOW, T'HEREF��tE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the canditional use permit with the following stipuiations: <br />I. The facility shall b� allowed to operate from March 15, 1997, to Jc�ly 15, 1997. <br />2. The ho�xrs oioperation oithe facility shall not exceed 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />3. Only the signage shown on th� �'rreenhous� Des�gn Plan shall be allowed. <br />4. All lightin� for the �ase shall be supplied by existing parking lot lighting and <br />supplemental ir�terior lighting, if needed. <br />
