The property at 8380 <br />Greenwood has an area in the rear yard vvhere it is boggy and weiland grasses grow if left <br />undisiurbed. Mr. Keith King, property owner of 8380 Crreenwood, requesied a Code amendment <br />that wouJd permit fihe undgsturbed growth of the native vegetation in his backyard and other areas <br />within the City. <br />5ta.ffhas had the oppor�unity io inspect Mr. K�ng's backyard t� view the a.rea unmown ar�d did <br />noi find it objectionable. The Kings keep the area well�managed and separate from any adjaceni <br />property Iines.
