The north and west elevations would be completely screened by the existing tree- <br />cover, as wouid be the north end of the parking area. Five laading docks are shown on the <br />bui�ding's southern elevatian. The building wouId be constnacted of precasi concrete "tip-up" <br />panels with a vertically raked finish. Narrow blue and yellow horizontal accent stripes are proposed <br />near the top of the buiiding. The entrance to ihe building would be surrounded a 324 square-foot <br />section oi framed glass enclosed within a protruding wall section finished with a stucco-like <br />material. Access to the site would be from Coral Sea Street. <br />Wetland and Drainage: The site is located on the southwest corner of County Road J and Coral <br />Sea Street and covers 3.94 acres, A small portion ofthe southwest c�rner of the site is wetland. <br />Because of the wetland and the fact that the si#e is larger than 2'/a acres, the applicani will aeed a <br />pemut from the Rice Creek Watershed District to proceed with this project. The drainage plan <br />daie stamped Feb. 7, I997, shows thu water nan-off directed to the southwest comer of the lot <br />following the pavement until it reaches a 4 foot break in the curbing. A ihis point the nan-ofi is <br />directed into a 6 foo� wide bituminous flume wlzich empties into ti�e proposed on-site holding pond. <br />The purpose af the pond is to allow for the removal of sedimentation prior to the water entering �he <br />adjacenf wetiar�d. Copies of the drainage a.nd utility pian have been sent to SEH �o� review. <br />1 <br />
