They looked in their files to see wha� was physically there, as v�ell as <br />checking iheir data base on the computer. ihe only comprehensive plan that they have is original <br />plan from 1979-1980. They show no submittals since then in the data base. <br />Mea.nwhil�, there are iiles left from previous sia� members for the followang updates: <br />i 985, 1986, 1989, 1991. <br />I called Faul Harringion to ask iu�r if he recalled sending a Comprehens�ve Flan Update to Met <br />Council in the last 2-3 years. He said that the City was working on one in 1993 or 1994, and i# <br />was reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission. It was then sent on to the City Council <br />where it stalled. There w�s a lack of consensus aboui the poficies_ In addition, the City Council <br />wanted the Housir�g Plan, wYuch 7ennifer Bergman was hired to prepare, to be incorporated into <br />�be Comprehensive Plan Update before it was adopfed. <br />I have not been abl� to lacate a fiIe with the 1993 or 1994 Update yei btat will go through the <br />public book to see if there is a cogy in the book.
