Chapter 1118 of the Mounds View Zoning Code pertaining to the Public Facilities <br /> (PF)District is amended by adding a new section 1118.03, entitled"CONDITIONAL USES" <br /> relating to commercial wireless telecommunication towers and antennae, to read as follows: <br /> 1118.03 CONDITIONAL USES: The following shall be considered a conditional use in <br /> the PF District (requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth <br /> in and regulated by Section 1125.01 of this Title): <br /> Subd. 1. Commercial wireless telecommunications towers and antennae to a height of no more <br /> than one hundred feet (100')unless providing for a co-locating wireless service, then one <br /> hundred and twenty (120'). Towers and antennae must conform with and be subject to the <br /> provisions established in Chapter 1126 of the Zoning Code. A utility building to house <br /> necessary equipment integral to service provision shall also be allowed, subject to design, <br /> landscaping and screening standards set forth in and regulated in the Zoning Code. <br /> SECTION 9. Chapter 1106.04 related to conditional uses in the R-1 district is hereby amended to411 <br /> add Subd. 8 as follows: <br /> Subd. 6. Commercial wireless telecommunications towers and antennae subject to the provisions <br /> established in Chapter 1126 of the Zoning Code. <br /> SECTION 10.
