Planning Coinmission Resolution No. 494-9i <br />March 5, I997 - <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, T�IEREFORE, BE IT �SOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the minor subdivision request made by Carol Hoopingamer, 8344 <br />Groveiand Road, cqntingent upon the foiiowing: <br />1. Prior to City Councii action on this request, ti�e applicant shall provide the £ollowing: <br />a. A revised Certificate and Plai of Survey adding a note stafiing "Ufility cmd <br />drainage easetrtenis have been dedicatecl by a separate recorded doc2ament <br />dateci , 1997 and recorded with Rc�nsey County on <br />. 4�/`'/. ]D <br />I� <br />b. A documeni dedicating the uiility a.nd drainage easements to the City, <br />which is acceptable to the City Attorney as to form, and has been executed <br />by the applican�. <br />c. Payment of a park dedicafiian fee u�a the amount of $100 per Code <br />requiremenfs in Section 1204.02. <br />2.
