Specifically, it was discussed that the proposed <br />garage may be ioo large for ihe site and the kome. To baiance this concern, the Planning <br />Commissian looked at the advantag�s of such a garage, such as creaiing adequate storage space <br />for the resident's vehicies and yard appliances. The full effect of the garage would be shielded from ei#her <br />street view. In this instance, �he benefits of such a garage outweigh any disadvantages. <br />The applicant is noi intending to alter the driveway's configuration in conjunction with the garage <br />constructian, but ,plans io do so in the near future.
