Use Permit, which would <br />guaran�.ee tha� certain conditions wauld be adhered to, such as <br />�raffic and parking pa�terns wi�hin �he manufactured home park, �he <br />number of homes that could be displayed, and the hours tha� hdmes <br />can be displayedo <br />�he purpose ot this applica�ion was �o systema�ically upgrade this <br />park as lots bec�me available, �hereby bringing up the overall <br />quality of �he manu�actured home parlco Ti�is i,tem was reviewed by <br />the P�anning C�mmission and they recommend appraval of' the <br />Conditiana� Use Permit.
