BiII Clark Oii has been involved in the wholesale of <br />lubricants for 34 years and is a substantial corporate citizen in Eden Praarie. <br />I anticipate that this business will employ 5 full-tizne and several part_tirr�e �rri�l�y��s. <br />In addition, I anticipafe �hat while the success of the business will be enharzced t�y #he <br />weII-traff cked Highway 10, we wiil alsa attract business to the streei that will b�n��g <br />other businesses. <br />I look forward to working with the city Planning Departznent to develop site plans that <br />will ensure the addition of an atlractive business on the street and maximize on curb cuts <br />and other amenities that will work with traffic flow pzessures. <br />These site pians will include modifications to the site t�at wiil screen and proteci the <br />nearby residential district such as fence repair and/or replacement, and any nec��sary <br />fence extensions, upgrading the Iighting to m�et the Pianning Commissions lighting <br />standards and the enclosure of outdoor storage, including garbage, vehicies and <br />equipment. Moreover, I intend to enhance the visual appearance flf tiZe site by m�king <br />necessary repairs to the buildzng and par�cirtg lot, as welI as by peY°fom�ing laaids�ap�ng <br />that will both meet fihe requirements of the piannzn; Commission and wiil bolster the <br />overali appearance of the site.
