Jones, Inc. <br /> Location: Silver Lake Road&Highway 10 <br /> PIN Nos. 06-30-23-43-0004, 0036, 0037, 0007, 0009, 0006, 0003 & 0008 <br /> Zoning/Land Use: B-2, Limited Business District/Insurance Office and Vacant Land <br /> Applicable Regulations: <br /> For rezonings, the Planning Commission shall evaluate the possible adverse effects of a <br /> rezoning request based upon(but not limited to) the following factors (Section 1125.01 <br /> Subd.
