u <br />0 <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-81 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DEFERRAL OF ACTION ON <br />THE OFFICE BUILDING DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL OF T.J.B. COMPANIES <br />WHEREAS, Thomas J. Budzynski, president of T.J.B. Companies, <br />has applied for and. requested approval to construct an office building; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has adopted Ordinance No. 301 <br />entitled, "An Ordinance Prohibiting Development of Private Wetlands on <br />an Interim Basis"; and <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance states that no authority for new building <br />development shall be permitted during the interim period; and <br />WHEREAS, the site of the proposed development is located in part <br />or totally within a designated wetland and is subject to the regulations <br />of Ordinance No. 301; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends deferral of action on this proposed development <br />until Ordinance No. 301 is rescinded and no longer in effect. <br />Adopted this 6th day of May, 1981. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chaff r - son <br />(SEAL) <br />uilding and Zoning Official <br />
