MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22-81 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DEFERRAL OF ACTION ON THE MAJOR <br />SUBDIVISION REQUEST OF HARSTAD-TODD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br />(MARTY'S MANOR) <br />WHEREAS, Harstad-Todd Construction Company has applied for <br />and requested approval to subdivide one lot into 13 in the approximate <br />area of Woodale Drive and Longview Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has adopted Ordinance #301, <br />entitled "An Ordinance Prohibiting Development of Private Wetlands <br />on an Interim Basis"; and <br />WHEREAS, this Ordinance states that no plats or subdivisions <br />of private lands shall be permitted during the interim period; and <br />WHEREAS, the site of the proposed major subdivision is lo- <br />cated in part or totally within a designated wetland and issubject <br />•to the regulations of Ordinance#301; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends deferral of action on this proposed major <br />subdivision until Ordinance #301 is rescinded and no longer in <br />effect. <br />Adopted this 6th day of May, 1981. <br />ATTEST: <br />la" (r7C? <br />Chair j son <br />(SEAL) <br />Building and Zoning Official <br />
