MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-81 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SILVER LAKE WOODS <br />DEVELOPMENT STAGE FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has received an application <br />for a planned unit development called Silver Lake Woods; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Owners, M & E Realty Company and <br />Kraus-Anderson Incorporated, had entered into a planned unit develop- <br />ment concept stage agreement on September 22, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Marvin H. Anderson Construction Co., <br />for the owners, has submitted the information for the development stage <br />for a planned unit development pursuant to the direction of the planned <br />unit development concept stage; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />submissions of the applicant; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends the <br />following changes or requirements based on their review: <br />1) Commercial Area Frontage Highway 10 to include only B-2 (Limited <br />Business District) uses; <br />2) Relocate R-4 elderly multiple dwelling building in a south- <br />east direction moving the parking facilities to the northwest <br />corner offering a better buffer between the R-4 and the B-2 <br />medical proposal; <br />3) The road easement in the B-2 area above County Road I proposed <br />to be named Sunnyside Extension; <br />4) All parking spaces shall be 9~ by 20' minimum; <br />5) A feasibility study be ordered and prepared for the City Council <br />for the public hearing review of the development stage; <br />6) Relocate curb cut for drive-through bank facilities on east <br />office building above County Road I and integrate drive-through <br />within the site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has received modified <br />preliminary plats on April 30, 1981 and finds them in conformance;
