• <br />• <br />0 <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 27-81 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DEFERRAL OF ACTION ON <br />THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF A. J. POPPELAARS <br />WHEREAS, A. J. Poppelaars has applied for and requested approval <br />to construct an 11 unit apartment building at 7662/7664 Woodlawn Drive; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has adopted Ordinance #301, <br />entitled, "An Ordinance Prohibiting Development of Private Wetlands on <br />an Interim Basis"; and <br />WHEREAS, this Ordinance states that no authority for new or <br />additional building development shall be permitted during the interim <br />period; and <br />WHEREAS, the site of the proposed development is located in part <br />or totally within a designated wetland and is subject to the regulations <br />of Ordinance #301; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends deferral of action on this development proposal <br />until Ordinance #301 is rescinded and no longer in effect. <br />Adopted this 3rd day of June, 1981. <br />ATTEST: <br />Cha p rs, ii <br />(SEAL) <br />Bu' ng and Zoning�Official <br />
