MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />0 RESOLUTION NO. 29-81 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANNING CASE 36-79 <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, Sahara Investment Co., made application <br />with the City of Mounds View for site plan approval for a detached bank <br />facility; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission on October 3, 1979, <br />held an unofficial informational hearing regarding the detached bank <br />facility; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission on October 3, 1979, <br />recommended approval of a detached bank facility; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council reviewed the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation on November 13, 1979, and adopted Resolution <br />No. 1046 entitled, "Concept Approval of Site Plan Approval for an Office <br />Building with a Detached Banking Facility Proposed by Sahara Investment <br />�ompany" as received October 15, 1979, by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a final site plan for <br />approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of Planning Case 36-79 with the following <br />considerations: <br />1) Screening along the abutting residential properties be <br />standard, meeting the requirements of Mounds View Code, <br />Section 40.04, Subdivision G. <br />2) The lots described below be combined as one: <br />Spring Lake Park Hillview Addition <br />Lots 108, 109, 110 and 111 <br />3) The four lots decribed above be rezoned from B-3 to B-2. <br />4) The City Council hold a public hearing regarding the <br />proposal and send notice to the impacted residents of <br />this application. <br />5) The traffic be monitored on a regular basis for lane <br />modification in necessary. <br />• <br />
