MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />® RESOLUTION NO. 31-81 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE 91-81 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />application of Kenneth A. Bourke for approval of a minor subdivision <br />of his property located at 8249 Spring Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has received and <br />reviewed the report from city staff regarding the request and its <br />application to the Mounds View Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lots meet minimum Zoning Code requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision request of <br />Kenneth A.
