MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 43-81 <br />• CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />A MODEL HOME AT 7501 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Marvin H. Anderson Homes Co., has <br />requested to use a newly constructed single family home as a model <br />display; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code, 40.10, Subdivision D(5) <br />allows model homes as a conditional use permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided a site plan providing <br />for parking which will be adequate for the model home use; and <br />WHEREAS, the parking curb cut access will be off Siler Lake <br />Road, but only until the street Park View Terrace is completed; and <br />WHEREAS, the site plan presented shows a horseshoe driveway <br />effect for the single family home; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Code, 40.07, Subdivision D(8)(j) <br />only allows one curb cut per single family lot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the statement <br />by the applicant and finds the public safety would best be served by <br />one curb cut; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the site plan as <br />presented for a model home at 7501 Silver Lake Road under the following <br />conditions: <br />ATTEST: <br />• (SEAL) <br />1) Modify driveway to provide only one curb cut for 7501 <br />Silver Lake Road. <br />2) Vacation of curb cut for model home parking to occur <br />as soon as access is available from Park View Terrace. <br />Adopted this 2nd day of December , 1981. <br />
