MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 47-82 <br />• CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br />FOR AN OVERSIZED ACCESSORY BUILDING AT 8140 EASTWOOD ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code requires a conditional <br />use permit approval for an accessory building over 218 square feet <br />in size; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested the keeping of an <br />existing garage (unattached, 768 square feet) while building a new <br />home with an attached garage at 8140 Eastwood Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Code does restrict the accessory <br />building to be less than 250 of the rear yard which is not exceeded <br />by this request; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit request <br />provided that the following conditions are adhered to: <br />• 1) The proper use of the building is incidental to the <br />primary use of the property and used for domestic <br />storage. <br />2) That the building be similar and maintained like <br />the principal structure of the iDroperty. <br />3) That the accessory building shall not be served by <br />a permanent or improved driveway surface. <br />Adopted this 3rd day of r'ebruary, !ti82. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chairpers n <br />(SEAL) <br />Bu ldi.ng & Zoning Official <br />• <br />
