• <br />• <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 50-82 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REVISION <br />TO THE SILVER LAKE WOODS DEVELOPMENT STAGE <br />FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission on May 6, <br />1981, recommended approval of a development stage for the Silver <br />Lake Woods Planned Unit Development; and <br />WHEREAS, part of that recommended approval included town - <br />homes proposed in Tract D of Registered Land Survey #360 or <br />Block 1 through 34 of the proposed Silver Lake Woods Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer, Marvin H. Anderson Construction <br />Company, has proposed condominiums for the development stage <br />portion of townhomes in the original planned unit development <br />in order to provide more affordable housing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the proposed modification and finds it to conform to the Zoning <br />Code and previous agreement made; and <br />WHEREAS, the required zoning for the proposed change <br />would be R-4; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Plan- <br />ning Commission recommend to the City Council approval of the <br />revised development stage for the Silver Lake Woods planned unit <br />development from townhomes to condominiums for portions of Tract <br />D of Registered Land Survey #360 as presented in the revised plan <br />from Marvin H. Anderson Construction Co. dated March 22, 1982 and <br />received March 22, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 7th day of April, 1982. <br />
