• MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 53-82 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DENYING A VARIANCE REQUEST FOR <br />2091 TERRACE DRIVE FOR REDUCED -FRONT YARD SETBACK <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE 107-82 <br />WHEREAS, the owners of 2091 Terrace Drive have requested <br />a variance for reduced.front yard setback for an addition to <br />their single family structure; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners have submitted sketches and diagrams <br />and a statement of hardship explaining the requested variance; <br />and <br />.WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed these <br />submissions as well as staff reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds no unique hardship <br />• regarding the variance request as it pertains to the Mounds View <br />Zoning Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission denies the variance request of the owners of <br />2091 Terrace Drive for a reduced front yard setback due to lack <br />of hardship meeting the requirements of the Mounds View Zoning <br />Code. <br />Adopted this 5th day of May, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chairma <br />i <br />(SEAL) <br />Bifilaing & Zoning Official <br />0 <br />
