MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-83 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANNING CASE <br />NO. 134-83, A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, an application was received by staff for a minor <br />subdivision (relocation of a property line) for properties located <br />at 8250 Greenwood Drive by Mr. Donald Moore and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Plasch; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants, with this proposal, are requesting <br />approval to relocate the rear property line 89.02 feet to the east; and <br />WHEREAS, the two proposed lots meet minimum frontage and <br />square footage requirements in addition to the buildings on the west <br />property meeting minimum setback requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed location of the rear property line will <br />be in line with property lines to the south of these properties; and <br />WHEREAS, this is staying with past City practice of requiring <br />• rear property lines to be in line with adjacent property lines; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the minor subdi- <br />vision as requested by relocating the existing rear property line 89.02 <br />feet to the east; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends five foot easements be taken along the following: the entire <br />south property lines of both lots, five feet on both sides of the <br />proposed rear property line and along the north property line 89.02 feet <br />west from the proposed rear line; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />directs staff to forward this recommendation to the City Council prior <br />to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this ls-t day of June, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chair av <br />(SEAL) Q4� <br />• Direc of Publi. orks/ <br />Commty Develo nt <br />
