MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />• RESOLUTION NO. 88-83 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MAJOR SUBDIVISION FOR <br />CROSS OF GLORY LUTHERAN CHURCH TO COMBINE FIVE LOTS INTO TWO <br />WHEREAS, an application was received by City staff from <br />representatives of Cross of Glory Lutheran Church to combine the <br />existing five lots into two lots; and <br />WHEREAS, since the property is 2.11 acres in size, a <br />major subdivision is necessary to combine the five lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />proposed major subdivision for conformity to Mounds View Code; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the two proposed lots meet minimum area require- <br />ments for R-1 zoned property; and <br />• WHEREAS, setback distances from the existing buildings to <br />the proposed property line meets minimum requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br />the major subdivision/lot combination request by Cross of Glory <br />Lutheran Church, 5472 Adams Street, to combine the existing five <br />lots into two lots as shown on the registered land survey dated <br />May, 1983 by Suburban Engineering; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs staff to forward this recommendation to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 6th day of July, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />hair <br />(SEAL) , <br />L. <br />ctor of Pu is Works/ <br />%C/ munity De v opment <br />
