MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-83 <br />• CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />FOR RONALD AND PATRICIA MICHNA <br />WHEREAS, an application was received by the City for a minor <br />subdivision of two lots into three for property located at 2427 and <br />2435 Clearview Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this subdivision <br />proposal for conformity to Mounds View Code; and <br />WHEREAS, all proposed lots meet minimum square footage <br />requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the lot located at the corner of Edgewood Drive and <br />Clearview Avenue has a 75' frontage along Clearview Avenue although <br />this subdivision has not created nor increased this non -conformity; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all buildings on the existing lots meet minimum <br />setback requirements to the proposed lot line; and <br />•WHEREAS, a 10' drainage and utility easement should be <br />dedicated along the west property line of the new lot. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the minor <br />subdivision request of Ronald and Patricia Michna for property located <br />at 2427 and 2435 Clearview Avenue. This recommendation is based <br />upon the surveyor's certificate dated June 10, 1983. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that prior to the Clerk -Administrator <br />approving the subdivision deeds, a park fund dedication of $67.50 <br />should be paid. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs <br />staff to forward this recommendation to the City Council prior to <br />approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 6th day of July, 1983. <br />ATTEST:- <br />Chairm. <br />i <br />(SEAL) <br />• Dir for of P lic Works/ <br />Cc&v6unity De lopment <br />
