Development in this area shall be designed to provide <br /> a buffer of at least 50 feet in landscaping or tree coverage, and to restrict access to County Road <br /> H2, if this area is used for commercial development to protect the single family residential <br /> neighborhood south of County Road H2. Development on the O'Neil property shall include <br /> commercial uses, and these uses shall be destination oriented, rather than local convenience <br /> commercial uses since an adequate supply of such commercial uses have been developed in <br /> Mounds View.
