MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 504-97 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION FINDING THAT <br /> THE MODIFICATION NO. 1 TO THE PROJECT PLAN FOR THE MOUNDS VfEW <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX <br /> INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 4 (REDEVELOPMENT) CONFORMS TO <br /> THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF <br /> THE CITY <br /> WHEREAS,the Mounds View Economic Development Authority for the City of <br /> Mounds View has proposed to adopt Modification No. 1 to the Project Plan for the Mounds <br /> View Economic Development Project and Establish Tax Increment Financing District No, 4 <br /> (Redevelopment) and have submitted the Project and Project Plan to the City of Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 469.175, Subdivision 3, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Project and Project Plan <br /> 110 to determine their consistency with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of <br /> the City as described in the comprehensive plan for the City. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission that the <br /> Project and Project Plan are consistent with the general plans for the development and <br /> redevelopment of the City of Mounds View. <br /> Adopted the 16th day of April, 1997. <br /> Chair <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Secretary <br /> I <br />
