• PLANNING COMMISSION
MEMO
To: Mounds View Planning Commission
From: Pamela Sheldon, Community Development Director
Subject: Additional Materials for April 16 Meeting
Date: April 15, 1997
Enclosed you will find the following materials:
• O'Neil PUD Stipulations which will become Exhibit 1 to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 503-97
• D.W. Jones PUD Stipulations which will become Exhibit 1 to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 505-97
There are several places where you will see an"X" in these documents indicating minor items
which need to be filled in before the document goes to City Council.
Exhibits 1 and 2 for the comprehensive plan amendment for the O'Neil Property(Planning
Commission Resolution No. 502-97) will be delivered to you at the meeting, and I will review it
with you at that time.
One further note, either Nancy Heuer or Charlene Zimmer(or both) from SRF Consulting will be
at the Planning Commission to answer any questions about the traffic study. They have provided
me with a revised Figure 2 for the supplemental traffic study. I had asked the question why the
numbers in brackets (the counts for the peak pm hour of the generator) did not add to the
397 total that was noted in the report. The answer is the U-turns at Long Lake Road, Edgewood
Drive and County Road H2 increase the count of"trips" occuring in the peak hour on Highway
10. The revised figure shows the projected number of U-turns occuring during that peak hour.
The trips on Highway 10 are then distributed to the other streets in the vicinity.
N:\DATA\USERS\PAMS\SHARE\PLANCOMM\4-16-97.MEM
•
