•
Annette Katzmarek
•
7730 Edgewood Drive
Mounds View, MN 55112
(612)783-3650
June 27.1997
Dear Sir or Madam:
My name is Annette Katzmarek. I'm a licensed daycare provider. I'm requesting a
variance to put up a shed next to the south side of my home. The purpose of this shed
would be to house daycare items such as bicycles, tricycles, scooters, strollers, and other
outdoor riding toys.
My primary purpose is to keep the children safe and allow them to have fun at the same
time. By having the shed on the south side, it would not take up the area in the back that
is used for large group activities such as soccer or ball tag. It would also keep the
children safer and cause less of a hardship on myself. Many of my children are too small
to push a tricycle across the yard, up a hill, and into the driveway. If I did that for each
child, it would be extremely time consuming. It is also difficult to watch all the children
while getting everything ready.
The shed would be mostly hidden by part of the garage. Please consider this carefully, as
it would avoid a lot of unnecessary work for myself.
Thank you,
/ç' 42
Annette Katzmarek
4110
