Approval has been given for the PUD allowing development of a movie <br /> theater and office development on the O'Neil property, anticipating that this development <br /> will have access to the four way intersection at Edgewood if approval from MnDOT can <br /> be obtained. Staff would suggest that Edgewood from Highway 10 to County Road I be <br /> considered a collector street, and that the Comprehensive Plan be amended accordingly. <br /> We believe that it is functioning in this manner now with the four way intersection at <br /> Highway 10, and the presence of City Hall and what used to be the Bel Rae Ballroom. A <br /> condition to this effect is included in the resolution. <br /> ■ Off-street Loading and Service Entrances: Chapter 1122 includes a schedule of off- <br /> street loading requirements based on the type of use proposed. Day care centers are not <br /> included as a use requiring loading berths. <br /> • Signage: No signage proposal has been included in the permit application and it is <br /> unknown what the plans have been made for signage for this facility.
